We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Crafting Delight: Serve a wide range of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, while adhering to hotel policies and liquor licensing laws.
- Service Excellence: Provide consistent and exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience for our guests.
- Transaction Savvy: Handle cash, credit card, and guest account transactions with accuracy and efficiency, following company procedures.
- Spotless Setup: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Shift Ready: Prepare for each shift by reviewing the department's checklist, ensuring you are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service.
- Stock Management: Rotate and display bar stocks effectively, ensuring all products are served in top condition.
- Safety First: Adhere to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and staff.
- Team Player: Assist with additional duties to support the Food & Beverage department, including helping with table service, food, or training team members.
- Customer-Centric: Previous experience in hospitality or retail, with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences.
- Service Excellence: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Language Proficiency: Good understanding of written and spoken English, as clear communication is essential in this role.
