Job Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at Nomad Digital, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the project execution plan, risk management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental plans;
  • Working closely with our clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements;
  • Inputting into the preparation and implementation of the Nomad Project Quality Management System throughout the project;
  • Ensuring proper change management against a clearly defined baseline of functionality, schedule, and cost;
  • Providing inputs for upselling opportunities to the customer account/sales manager and supporting the upselling process;
  • Documenting best practices and learnings, participation at, and contributions to internal initiatives to constantly improve the quality of delivery processes and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering. They will also have a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the telecommunications and IT space is highly desirable.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
