About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial office building in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance duties to ensure the building's mechanical systems are functioning correctly.
  • Conduct temperature tests, unblock sinks, flush and replace taps and showerheads, descale, perform TMV checks, and replace filters on AHU's and FCU's.
  • Test emergency lights and fire alarms, and perform other general building service duties as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a facilities maintenance or building services role is highly beneficial.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to be flexible are essential.
