We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to fill the position of Traffic Management Proposal Coordinator at Road Traffic Solutions Limited. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, coordinating input from sales, technical, and operational teams.
  • Write, edit, and review bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness.
  • Evaluate client specifications, company standards, and compliance requirements to ensure all bids meet expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop winning propositions and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain and update the bid pipeline, ensuring all deadlines are met and opportunities are tracked.
  • Develop and maintain a library of bid content, case studies, and templates for future use.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager, ideally within traffic management, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and bid tracking tools is an advantage.
  • A competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with private healthcare and 28 days' holiday (increasing to 33 days with long service).
