Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance duties to ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Compile and maintain accurate maintenance records to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system efficiency.
- Collaborate with the site services manager to identify and address maintenance needs and priorities.
- Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including actuators, sensors, hot water cylinders, pumps, chillers, ventilation, heating and cooling systems, and compressed air systems.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
