We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Legado Recruitment. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a vital role in managing conveyancing transactions, including exchanging contracts, dealing with completions, and preparing contracts, transfers, and deeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the progression of conveyancing transactions, including exchanging contracts and dealing with completions
- Prepare contracts, transfers, and deeds, and handle completion statements and solicitors' invoices
- Liaise with clients and provide secretarial assistance to residential conveyancing lawyers
- Undertake online searches and complete Land Registry and SDLT forms
- Produce documents using the firm's case management software
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Legal Secretary
- Ability to manage a demanding workload and work under pressure
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and other relevant software
