About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our Investment and Wealth Management team. As a System Analyst, you will work closely with our clients to deliver complex projects and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver system and data analysis to identify business needs and opportunities
  • Assess and document processes to help design optimal target states
  • Develop and manage plans to deliver outcomes in a controlled and effective manner
  • Work with diverse teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Support business development work such as pre-sales, bid preparation, and client presentations
Requirements
  • Experience working within a top-tier Investment or Wealth Management firm or consulting firm
  • Experience supporting delivery projects and programmes
  • Experience working with the Charles River Development system
  • Basic understanding of Charles River Development technologies, processes, and implementation
  • Understanding of financial instruments, financial markets, and the asset trade lifecycle
  • Understanding of Data Management and the lifecycle of data
  • Experience managing relationships with vendor partners
  • Proficient stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
Desirable Skills
  • Charles River Development accredited qualification
  • Industry certifications such as CISI, BCS, Prince 2, Agile, PMP
  • Awareness of emerging technology and trends within Financial Services
  • Experience in process improvement and Target Operating Model design
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools
