Sports Supervisor

USP College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to supervise a variety of sports activities for children. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to oversee school holiday sports programs and host sports parties on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with children, staff, and customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop and implement engaging sports activities that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Requirements:

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have knowledge of sporting activities and working with children.
• Understand Safeguarding legislation, including Prevent and Keeping Children Safe in Education.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
