Antony James Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to join their client's finance team in Leeds. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for cost management, annual budgets, and performance evaluation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing fixed and variable costs to determine the total cost of manufacturing a product
• Establishing standard costs of services or products
• Analysing company data to recommend policy amendments
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports based on inventory analyses
• Submitting accounting reports to management
• Assisting with internal and external audits

The ideal candidate will have a CIMA/ACCA qualification, experience in a similar role, and excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
