AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Coastal Engineering Leader to play a vital role in shaping our exciting projects. As a leader in coastal engineering, you will be responsible for owning and directing teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.

You will successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, working closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. Setting quality assurance standards in design is also a crucial aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of coastal engineering analysis and design in the UK and overseas. You will also promote technical excellence, best practice, sustainability, net zero, and digital innovation within the practice.
