
Financial Systems Manager

The Financial Systems Manager will play a key role in the Business Development team at Harris Burns Ltd. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the income tracking system and associated data quality.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for producing the monthly invoicing of core income, liaising with Associate Directors and Internal Contracts to reflect any contract variations to the invoicing schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the income tracking system and ensure data quality
- Produce the monthly invoicing of core income
- Liaise with Associate Directors and Internal Contracts to reflect contract variations
- Work with the Income and Financial Systems Analyst to improve and develop the current invoicing of pipeline income
- Validate the income forecast from the income tracking system with CSU Finance Business Partners and Heads of Service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial systems management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £36,325 - £43,612 per annum - Band 6
