Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team at Oracle. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying our OFSAA solutions in customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Tier 1 customer implementation to deliver core business objectives and develop trusted relationships.
- Support the development of technical and architecture decisions with senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Engineering and support teams.
- Install and deploy OFSAA solutions in customer environments, coordinating with customer technical resources.
- Support all phases of deploying OFSAA solutions at customer sites, including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, batch executions, troubleshooting, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live.
- Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure successful deployment of OFSAA solutions.
- Discuss and document the configuration of client environments.
- Support training customers in managing OFSAA environments.
- Train new resources on the product, customer environment, and implementation tasks.
- Adept and contribute to organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in OFSAA solutions, especially FSDF, DIH, RRS, DGS, and ALM.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or Master's in Computer Applications.
