Job Opportunity: Playworker



Kare Plus Newcastle is seeking a dedicated and experienced Playworker to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our setting and work closely with our management team to provide a high-quality environment for children.



Responsibilities:


  • Assist the management team in maintaining a happy, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Provide support to staff to ensure positive working relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage and safeguarding procedures.
  • Lead and support nursery nurses in establishing professional working relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Support the development of colleagues and students.


Requirements:


  • 1 year of childcare experience.
  • Enhanced DBS.
