We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their dignity, respect, and well-being are upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare or a related field, such as a diploma or degree in health and social care.
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs, preferably in a care or support setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
