Job Title: Supplier Due Diligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Due Diligence Analyst to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our Business Solutions and Improvement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the robustness and effectiveness of our procurement and supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Supplier On-boarding process, ensuring compliance with our Anti-Bribery Management System and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assess Ethics and financial outputs from third parties, attending meetings and forums as part of our UK Team.
  • Assess Supplier questionnaires, requesting certifications, sending electronic campaigns, and ensuring all required documentation has been received and validated.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across the business, promoting a culture of integrity and compliance.
  • Assist the Group Supplier Domain lead with process updates and systems upgrades, leading UK communication and training roll out.
  • Maintain supplier master data records and reporting, ensuring data is up-to-date and reportable for senior stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in the management of third-party suppliers, attending weekly reviews and ensuring information is updated in a timely manner.
  • Manage Supplier Onboarding Governance, running the committee of Supplier approval, implementing and tracking decisions and mitigation actions.
  • Engage with Offset/IIC teams, planning and facilitating quarterly meetings and preparing data for due diligence checks.
  • Manage queries relating to Donations & Sponsorship, Gifts & Hospitality, and Conflicts of Interest.
Requirements:
  • Ability to build strong and productive working relationships across the UK and Group teams.
  • Ability to lead discussions and workshops in relation to Supplier Due diligence.
  • Experience of working in a similar sector is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of tools such as SAP, Ivalua, and Third-party online data solutions are desirable.
  • MS Excel/Power point/Word compulsory and ability to utilise online tools associated with internal procedures.
  • Willingness to maintain knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and associated legal cases.
