About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team at Browns Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. As a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for developing clients and working within the department to build and grow the business while maintaining a consistent level of excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work on own files, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring matters are profitable, while taking responsibility for supervising more junior fee earners in file management and time recording.
- Act as the senior lawyer on the most challenging matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Build effective relationships with clients and referrers by exceeding client service expectations and supporting partners in managing and developing larger key clients.
- Manage a client review process and introduce changes based on feedback to improve client satisfaction.
- Expand your area of business by broadening your expertise into new client sectors or markets, or achieving greater market share.
- Lead on the generation of thought leadership based on changes in the law, market trends, or other relevant material to attract new opportunities.
- Responsible for managing and supervising work in the team to achieve all financial and non-financial KPIs, using management information to understand the performance of self and team.
Requirements
- 8+ years PQE working for a leading national or regional firm.
- Experience of all aspects of commercial property matters, ideally including development.
- Desire and ability to grow the team.
- Business development mindset.
