Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Aspire Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and delivering presentations to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Requirements:

• Proven experience within a similar Sales Executive, New Business Development, Telesales, or Cold Calling role
• Excellent communication skills and a confident communicator over the phone
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (ideally)
• Ability to drive and have your own transport
• Self-motivated and hungry to succeed
• Good negotiating skills
