About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you work closely with a highly experienced Finance Director to deliver high-quality financial reporting and insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement across the department and supporting operational teams to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production of monthly management accounts, including full commentary, variance analysis, and group reporting
  • Collaboration with operational teams to provide cost insight and advice to improve understanding of impact on the business
  • Budgeting and forecasting to inform business strategy
  • Support to the FD to improve financial reporting and presence within the business
About You

We are looking for a skilled and driven individual with a formal accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience. You will have a strong background in manufacturing or FMCG production, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
