Our services range from a simple execution-only online service to bespoke discretionary investment management, including retirement planning.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our Cardiff office on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including general administration, client communication, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with financial advisers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and process new client documentation and amendments
  • Monitor transfers of assets and cash from other institutions
  • Process ISA subscriptions and transfers
  • Process client payments
  • Liaise with colleagues in Business Support to administer client accounts
  • Ensure accurate recording of client details and reviews on systems
  • Maintain general records and electronic filing
  • Adhere to Conduct Risk standards

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support business development activities
  • Run projects for the office and demonstrate leadership skills

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience is essential, with additional training provided
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales
  • Flexible and reliable team member with a strong focus on continuous improvement
