We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a thriving school in Barnet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to SEN students.
  • Work with teachers to create and follow Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Help create a classroom where every student feels included and supported.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Role Overview

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to a personalised and inclusive learning environment.

With a passion for making a lasting impact on young lives, you will work closely with the classroom teacher, adapting lessons and providing one-on-one support to foster the social, emotional, and academic development of each student.
