We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to support our Residential Team in Bournemouth. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative assistance to a senior fee-earner, ensuring the smooth operation of our Residential Conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to a senior fee-earner, including document preparation and filing.
- Assist with the preparation of conveyancing files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Contribute to the development of the Residential Team, suggesting improvements and best practices.
- Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing or a related field.
- Excellent administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of Audio/Copy T software, or willingness to learn.
