Our Future Leaders Graduate Programme is designed to fast-track the careers of exceptional graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology and finance.
As a participant, you'll rotate through various technology and business functions, gaining insights into our industry-leading products and connecting with senior leaders.
Your Journey
- Enhance your engineering expertise by applying best practices across a diverse range of technologies and applications.
- Gain valuable experience in project and product delivery while developing your technical leadership and mentoring skills.
- Deepen your understanding of IG's client and business, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other programme participants, senior leaders, and mentors to foster professional growth and development.
What We Look For
We're looking for recent (or soon-to-be) graduates with an excellent track record of individual achievement, who are interested in a challenging and exciting career in the fintech sector.
You'll need to have an understanding of technology and programming, as well as the ability to understand how it aligns with other business processes and strategies.
Working at IG Group requires commercial awareness, adaptability, and resilience – and you'll need to thrive in team environments as well as take initiative independently.
Key Requirements
- A completed university degree in under three years of applying.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, math, or related fields.
- Programming skills and knowledge of modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
