As a key member of our Research and Insights team, you will play a vital role in driving customer-focused decision making at British Airways. Your expertise in customer insight will help shape the strategic direction of our business, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing actionable insights from market research to inform product and service development
  • Developing and delivering insight solutions that meet the needs of internal stakeholders and the business
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with internal colleagues and third-party insight suppliers
  • Collaborating with colleagues in our partner airlines within IAG
  • Acting as an internal consultant to colleagues on customer-related matters

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience of managing large-scale quantitative insight programs, ideally in the customer experience
  • Relevant experience of working with external market research agencies or consultancies
  • Proven analytical ability to synthesize data from various sources and produce recommendations that drive business growth
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in using PowerPoint and Excel, with experience of interrogating structured and unstructured data sets
