We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our employees, customers, and stakeholders across various sites and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective policies and procedures. You will work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain up-to-date processes and procedures that align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices
• Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science)
• IOSH certification or equivalent
• Proven experience in HSE management (5+ years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
