About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system improvements
  • Design and implement automated solutions to reduce manual effort and improve system efficiency
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability and respond to incidents

Your Experience:

  • Proven experience in site reliability engineering, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Azure
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, Java, and C++
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
