The Victory Inn, a historic pub in St Mawes, Cornwall, is seeking a creative food operator to run this charming establishment. As a community Publican, you will be responsible for matching the perfect drinks range with guests and providing superior service.
The ideal operator will have a keen eye for detail and a perfectionist regarding compliance. You will also be responsible for creating and serving delicious food and using social media to bring the pub experience to life.
The pub offers two bedrooms and is located in a small fishing village at the end of the Roseland peninsula. St Mawes is a lovely place to visit and an even better place to live with a strong community spirit.
The local sailing clubs in St Mawes, Portscatho and Portloe arrange racing events and evening functions for locals and visitors alike. The village also hosts the St Mawes Boat Show, displaying local marine businesses.
We are seeking a flexible and experienced entrepreneur who can work with our agreements and products to match their business and vision. Our Flexible Tenancy agreement offers a piece of mind approach to running your own pub business for a total term of up to 5-years with a flexible notice period.
