About the Position:
We are seeking a caring Mental Health Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to combine their passion for psychology, education, and mental health.
The successful candidate will work with students who require specialist support due to their social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). They will provide high-quality care and compassion, promoting the independence and wellbeing of these young minds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs in a specialist school setting

- Developing and implementing strategies to promote student independence and self-regulation
