We are currently seeking a Desktop Commercial Property Adjuster to join our existing team, handling a portfolio of Commercial material damage and Business Interruption losses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all reports regarding each visit and full diary maintenance, ensuring effective service delivery within clients' SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria.
With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will develop and maintain close working relationships with customers to promote satisfaction throughout the claim process. You will also be required to manage a caseload effectively, providing outstanding levels of service while working autonomously or as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience dealing with commercial claims, excellent communications skills, and IT proficiency. A commitment to progress with ACII and ACILA qualifications is desirable. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize your workload daily and work flexibly to achieve results.
