About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Collections team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers across the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide tailored solutions to customer enquiries, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered
  • Use influencing and negotiation skills to agree realistic payment plans with customers
  • Identify the best call resolution for both the customer and Yorkshire Water
  • Review customer collection processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
