Job Title: Immigration Solicitor - Bedford Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our team in Bedford. As a Solicitor - Immigration Law Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration cases, including visa applications, sponsor license applications, and advice on migrant employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visa applications (Business, Work, Student, Family, Visitors)
  2. Sponsor license applications
  3. Advice on migrant employees
  4. Settlement in the UK/Indefinite Leave to Remain
  5. Extension Applications
  6. British citizenship
  7. Human rights & Asylum
  8. Deportation and removals
  9. Subject Access requests
  10. EEA Applications

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years PQE as a solicitor in Immigration Law
  2. Proven experience of handling own caseload
  3. Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice following the SRA Code of Conduct
  4. Strong IT skills
  5. Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies
  6. Capability of generating fees in accordance
  7. Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
