Care Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care in the New Brighton area. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our service users, assisting with medication, meal support, personal care, and socialising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to service users in their own homes
- Assist with medication, meal support, and personal care
- Encourage socialising and engagement with service users
- Work collaboratively with the Branch Nurses and Care Staff to deliver excellent care
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver's licence essential
- Good professional and personal references
