Job Title: Plant Trainer/Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced construction plant operative to join our team as a Plant Trainer/Instructor. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering training and certification programs for our clients across the UK.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver training and assessment programs for construction plant operatives
* Develop and maintain training materials and resources
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Collaborate with our training team to develop and implement new training programs
* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on construction plant operations and safety

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in construction plant operations
* Valid certifications in relevant areas (e.g. CPCS, NPORS, CITB)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong knowledge of construction plant operations and safety protocols
