Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Associate to join our Executive Team - Professional Practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, manage tasks and projects, and develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [2] years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
