We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our education department, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging training programs that meet the evolving needs of our employees and external partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our corporate education strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive training curricula, leveraging adult learning theory principles and best practices in instructional design.
  2. Create interactive content, incorporating multimedia elements and visual aids to captivate diverse learning styles.
  3. Evaluate training effectiveness through data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted modifications.
  4. Collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop tailored solutions.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and legal guidelines.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous learning, promoting a growth mindset among team members and encouraging knowledge sharing across departments.
  7. Analyze employee performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to enhance skill development and productivity.
  8. Support the development of training documentation, facilitating onboarding processes and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  9. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, applying innovative approaches to enhance the overall training experience.
  10. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and evaluation results.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Training and Development, Educational Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and facilitation, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging, interactive training content, incorporating adult learning theory principles.
  • Expertise in CRM solutions, MS Office applications, and Consultative Sales Approach.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
