Shutdown Operative

Fawley Refinery, the UK's largest integrated petrochemical complex, requires Shutdown Operatives to join our team on a fixed-term basis. Due to a planned maintenance shutdown, we are seeking reliable and responsible individuals to undertake civil engineering works, site maintenance, cleaning operations, and confined space work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Civil engineering works, including concrete bunds, reinforcement, formwork, pipework, and excavations
- Site maintenance and cleaning operations
- Confined space work
Requirements:
- Petrochem, civil engineering, or construction site experience is a bonus
- Reliable and responsible with a good awareness of health and safety in the workplace
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in small teams
What We Offer:
- Subsistence available for the duration of the shutdown
- Strong earning potential with c. 60 hours per week on both day and night shifts
