We are seeking an Art Market Expert to join our team at Clarendon Fine Art. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, driven, and passionate about delivering a top-tier client experience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fine art, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be confident, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped earning potential through our commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, matching our unrivalled portfolio of world-class art with their tastes and collections.
  • Sales Strategy: Proactively generating new leads, re-engaging lapsed clients, and nurturing potential buyers, all while meticulously managing the gallery's database to achieve sales targets.
  • Events Sales: Hosting exclusive events and providing a tailored, VIP experience for your clients - taking them on a journey from browsing to owning their next masterpiece.

Requirements:

  • You have a minimum of one year of experience in a target-driven sales role, preferably in the art industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are motivated by hitting and smashing sales targets, with a strong desire to earn unlimited commission.
