We are seeking a GMC registered GP to join our team at Nuffield Health Aberdeen FWC as a GP and Health Assessment Doctor. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, working part-time (16 hours per week) with flexible hours (2 days - Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs).
This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your career portfolio with more time to deliver quality care to your patients. As a GP and Health Assessment Doctor, you will work alongside our experienced Health and Wellbeing Physiologists, delivering face-to-face Health Assessments and GP consultations with a focus on wellbeing and patient outcomes.
You will have access to our state-of-the-art clinics and a national network of hospitals, as well as opportunities to contribute to our charitable purpose through our flagship programmes. We are committed to providing a low-stress, patient-focused environment where you can maximize your time to focus on providing first-class preventative and primary care to your patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver face-to-face Health Assessments and GP consultations with a focus on wellbeing and patient outcomes.
- Work alongside our experienced Health and Wellbeing Physiologists to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Contribute to our charitable purpose through our flagship programmes.
- Maximize your time to focus on providing first-class preventative and primary care to patients.
Requirements:
- GMC registered GP on the GP register.
- Willing to provide a minimum of 2 days per week.
- Licenced to practice and have a minimum of 6 months GP experience (minimum 4 sessions per week) in the UK (private or NHS) with knowledge of UK care pathways.
- Competent in a range of health screening services, such as smear tests, breast examinations, and venepuncture, as well as interpreting results and ECGs.
