We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team of homecare assistants, providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes.
Job DescriptionAs a homecare assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals who require daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation and assisting with nutrition and fluids. Our ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with dementia and/or those requiring end-of-life/palliative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
- Supporting individuals with dementia and/or those requiring end-of-life/palliative care
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes
