About the Role: Chromatography Specialist

We are excited to partner with a leading CRO that is expanding its operations in South Wales. As a Chromatography Specialist, you will be part of a small analytical team, supporting organic and synthetic chemists in chemical testing method development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities, with a clear pathway for development and opportunities for advancement. You will need to bring a problem-solving mindset to the business and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate should have experienced method development experience within the pharmaceutical industry, a solid understanding of chromatography including HPLC, strong communication skills, and a PhD or MSc educated within a chemistry discipline.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
