We require a Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to young adults with complex needs.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing personalized care and assistance to our young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering person-centered care and support to meet the individual needs of each young adult
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Fostering a culture of independence, promoting life skills and enabling individuals to reach their full potential
- Engaging in activities and outings that promote social inclusion and community participation
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.78 (linked to competency and qualifications)

- Opportunity to study for Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care (funded by us)
- Part-time hours available if required
