Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to provide high-level administrative support to the Bursar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Bursar's diary, travel arrangements, and preparing for meetings and events. They will also oversee the work schedules and performance of the Receptionist and Resources Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Bursar's diary, travel arrangements, and prepare for all meetings and events.
- Line manage the Receptionist and Resources Officer, including overseeing work schedules and performance.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with school policies, including safeguarding procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to plan, resource, and organize projects and tasks efficiently.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 50 wpm).
