Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Stroke and Neuro Pathways at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As part of this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver specialist assessments and treatments for patients with stroke-related communication disorders.

The successful applicant will have experience working within adult stroke and acquired neurological communication disorders, as well as knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and patients alike.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and innovative team, committed to providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation. The role encompasses HASU/Acute Stroke ward weekend working, with enhancement paid for weekend shifts.
