Heidi Bakery is a leading bakery in Windsor, Berkshire, offering exceptional experiences and a genuine care for creating moments of joy.

We're looking for talented bakery/patisserie chefs to join our team of 16 working in the engine room of our business - the studio & production kitchen.

Set across 9,000 square feet, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team who share your love for baking.


Job Description

We're seeking experienced pastry production managers who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, from developing new recipes to executing large-scale productions. If you're a creative problem solver with excellent leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you

This role involves:

  • Managing a team of 5-7 pastry chefs
  • Overseeing daily production schedules and deadlines
  • Collaborating with the head chef to develop new menus and recipes

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
