About this role:
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our HR team as an HR Administrator. In this role, you'll be responsible for administering all employee processes within company guidelines, policy, and procedures.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks and projects
- Coordinating and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Supporting business change initiatives and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
What we're looking for in you:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR systems
