About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) team in delivering projects that advance healthcare and make a difference in people's lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the PM in the on-boarding process of new clients
- Participating in the client enquiry/project initiation process using an understanding of the triage process
- Assisting with reviewing project scope for alignment with contract requirements
- Preparing and maintaining contact details information
- Assisting with the tracking and review of contract generation
- Escalating issues as required
- Communicating timeline changes or concerns to internal teams
- Participating in conference calls, internal meetings, and preparing for client visits
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a university/college degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant Project Management Office experience. You should have excellent influencing skills, commercial awareness, and interpersonal and negotiating skills. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize and manage time effectively and have a proven ability to learn and maintain knowledge of process excellence processes, tools, and activities.
