About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Registered Care Manager and take on a leadership role within our franchise office in Woking. As part of our national domiciliary care company, you will be responsible for working alongside franchisees to build the business, proactively marketing the business, and growing the care hours within the private market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with franchisees to develop and implement growth strategies\
  • Marketing the business to attract new clients and increase care hours\
  • Managing and maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency\
  • Ensuring the highest levels of care are delivered to clients\
  • Representing the company as a brand ambassador\
  • Line managing staff and providing guidance and support\

About You:

\

We are looking for an experienced management professional who has a proven track record of growth and line management within a care setting. You should have excellent people management and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care. Knowledge of the Surrey area is desirable but not essential.
