We are seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Sales Executive to join our Exeter-based team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service, and growing your own business through sales activity.
You will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Your excellent communication skills and ability to effectively consult with clients on their recruitment plans will be essential to your success in this role.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25k - £28k per annum, plus a monthly and uncapped quarterly bonus scheme. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a health care scheme, competitions and reward schemes, and industry-recognised training opportunities.
