At A for Appointments, we're looking for a skilled Commercial Insurance Brokerage Manager to drive sales and contribute to business development initiatives. With an award-winning commercial insurance brokerage at our core, you'll have the opportunity to grow and retain a profitable client base using relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities include developing a strong pipeline of new business across commercial insurance products through networking, ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the sales and retention process.

We're offering a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 basic, depending on experience and book value, plus a bonus of up to £70,000 OTE.

Additional benefits include a car allowance based on salary and book value, casual dress code, gym membership, company events, pension scheme, employee discounts, career progression opportunities, and referral programme.
