Travel Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
• Establish the details of the enquiry in accordance with established processes.
• Provide advice to customers on the content of itineraries and the best use of transport and accommodation available.
• Utilize a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications to manage bookings and client information.
• Liaise with Travel and Booking Co-ordinators regarding transport, accommodation, visits, and meals.
• Effectively manage all detailed information relating to assigned areas.
• Oversee the booking of flights for specific tours within budget.
• Ensure all paperwork and supporting documentation is sent to clients.

• Experience within the travel industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction and process management.
