About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist or Independent Prescriber to join our team at Clarity Recruitment. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and suitability for patients.
  • Review prescriptions to evaluate their effectiveness and provide advice to patients on medication use, including dosage, side effects, and interactions.
  • Counsel patients on chronic disease management and conduct medication reviews to ensure patients are taking medications as prescribed.
  • Order and stock medications and medical supplies, maintaining a safe and secure pharmacy environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on new drugs and treatments, applying this knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Practice Certificate in Independent Prescribing (if applicable)
  • Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
